Bitumen Combined Feed Automatic Hydraulic Wheel Grinding Method Forming Machine (CXIS-II)
The bitumen combined feed automatic air pressure wheel mill forming machine utilizes the advanced microprocessor control; Sensor; Electronic display; Hydraulic pressure; Mechanical finishing technologies. It is a high-tech product which integrates the electricity, machinery, hydraulic pressure into whole. It has been researched into and developed according to (T0703-93) in "Road Bitumen & Bitumen Combined Feed Experimental Rules and Regulations 052-2000". It can be used in the bitumen combined feed specimen forming in road, urban street, airport runway projects. It is applicable for bitumen combined feed physical and mechanical property experiments.
2. Structure and principle
Put the rolled mould on the small car. The small car does the go-back movement by the crank-link mechanism. The connecting rod, the big gearwheel is with eccentric shaft, it meshes with the small gearwheel and driven by the motor through reduction gearbox to make sure the small car moves in the speed of 6 times/minute and the movement distance is 300mm. When operating, the sector wheel presses on the combined material in the mould; The pressure is depended on the pressure controller (with pressure gauge on the side).
